Crockpot Chicken & Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 2 10.5 ounce cans 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
  • 1 box Stove Top Stuffing for chicken
  • cups low sodium chicken broth
  • 2 lbs chicken breast
  • 3 ribs celery diced
  • 1 small yellow onion
  • 2 large carrots diced (about 3/4 cup)

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl add stuffing mix, cream of chicken soup, diced celery, carrots, and onion. Mix together thoroughly. Grab a your crockpot, lightly spray with cooking spray, add your chicken. Pour chicken broth over the chicken and then spread the stuffing mix on top and press down so that it gets moistened with the chicken broth. Cook on low for 7-8 hours. When it's finished take a couple forks and just shred the chicken and mix it all together. Serve & Enjoy!
