Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Wraps

A quick, delish, pleasantly spicy wrap!

  • 4 oz grilled chicken breasts cut up into small pieces or shredded
  • 1/4 c reduced fat cheddar
  • 2 laughing cow creamy swiss wedges
  • 2 low point tortillas or flat out wrap
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce (less if you don't like it too hot!)
  • shredded lettuce
  • 2 tbs yogurt ranch (optional)


  1. ln a medium sized microwave safe bowl, stir together chicken, cheeses, and hot sauce.
  2. Place in microwave for 45 seconds - 1 minute, or until cheese is melted.
  3. Stir together and spread evenly onto both tortillas.
  4. Sprinkle some lettuce and drizzle some ranch on top of the mixture.
  5. Roll up and enjoy!
