Seriously, I have shirts that say ‘Make Me Breakfast’ and ‘Pancake Queen.’ Breakfast is my jam! And most nutritionists and diet experts will all tell you it’s the most important meal of the day.

This Biscuits and Gravy Bake is SO GOOD… every single time I eat it, it feels like I’m cheating. I’m telling you, it’s a dream! In fact, it’s so delicious, I’m 90% sure you’ll re-check the points and/or calories because you won’t believe me. But believe me, I have double- and triple-checked the points myself… I swear it’s the real deal!

    1. Hi there! I am not very familiar with the diet of someone who is diabetic. You’ll have to look over the list of ingredients and decipher if this is something you can eat. Sorry to not be more help, but definitely am not skilled enough to make a medical decision for you in this way.

If I could give this recipe more than five stars I would. This recipe is so good that we even make it at our yearly extended family holiday because the kiddos and adults love it!

I liked this the first day, but it was even better reheated over the following week. I counldn’t find the exact size of biscuits, so I went with the smaller—5 biscuit—size. That was plenty and lowered the points by 1. Does anyone know if this freezes well?
